Obi-Wan found names scribbled on the walls of safe-houses in Aurabesh, and it didn't take viewers long to translate them.
The Obi-Wan Kenobi Disney+ show confirmed they were far from the only Order 66 survivors, however, when Obi-Wan stumbled upon an underground route that had helped Jedi escape the Empire and its Inquisitors. As seen in Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith, some of the greatest Jedi of all time survived - notably Master Yoda and Obi-Wan Kenobi. Order 66 may have been efficient, but it was not perfect.
